The idea of decorating a pot with knitted fabric isn’t new; it can be considered a type of decoupage. Here’s how I did it. It’s very simple. Cut a piece from an old T-shirt and wrap it around a plain pot randomly, occasionally securing the fabric with rubber glue. I covered the rim and saucer with lace from old school collars. When repotting the plant, I wrapped the pot in plastic wrap to avoid getting dirt everywhere.
