Here’s how a cup pot turned out. I had a bunch of useless cups at home with awkward shapes, sizes, and questionable designs. I had long envisioned planting a cactus or succulent in one, but hadn’t found a suitable plant.
I got a small Aloe Ferox—an ideal candidate for the cup. I decorated a white coffee cup with crocheted circles and glued them on with rubber glue. It took about an hour, and the result is very cute and cost-free!

One drawback—there’s no drainage hole. But if you have a drill and a ceramic drill bit, you can turn any bowl, cup, or sauce dish into a pot!
