Windowsill Garden. Part 3

Time for another photo report. The lemon balm, onions, and tarragon aren’t very photogenic yet, but the garlic and cress look quite good.

The garlic is doing well in a mixture of sawdust and sandy soil. We’ve already tried the cress—on grain toast with butter and cheese. It’s very tasty, and what’s most interesting is that I watched these sprouts emerge from seeds and am now enjoying the fruits of my labor.
